Lao Ford City Co., Ltd. is the only Authorized Ford Motor Company dealer in the Lao PDR. In conjunction with our sister company RM Asia Lao, we have sold and serviced literally hundreds of Ford vehicles to numerous in the Lao PDR over the past 4 years. Due to our rapid expansion and successful growth we are seeking to recruit qualified and motivated Lao nationals with good salary and good social welfare for following positions:
- 2 Positions: Vehicle Technician /Heavy duty trucks
Applicant must know basic written and spoken English. Basic Computer knowledge is an added advantage. His duties will include:
- Repairing and servicing vehicle booked into the workshop
- Diagnosing faults on vehicle
- Carrying out warranty repairs as per manufacturers guidelines
- Stripping, fitting and replacing components on trucks
- Heavy duty trucks skill will be an advantage
- Pre-delivery inspections are carried out, etc.
- ensuring that all jobs are running smoothly and deadlines are met.
Applicant should also be willing to work additional hours and in provinces/branches if needed. He will report directly to After Sales Manager.
You will work closely with the sales manager. You will be responsible to establish and maintain relationship with new and existing customers, and find new sales opportunities to ensure the achievement of sales target. This gratifying position requires skills as follow:
- Ability to take initiatives and to work in team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and presentation skills.
- High degree of self-confident
- Good oral and written English skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Experience in relevant field will be an advantage.
You would be assisting in marketing projects and work closely with marketing manager to reach brand awareness all around Vientiane and the whole country. This gratifying position requires skills as follows:
- Creative with high imagination
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- “Can Do” perspective
- Able to work long hour
- Experience in relevant field will be advantage
- Good written and spoken English skills
